  • BGL receives around 100 feature requests per week from direct feedback, face to face meetings, support calls and sales.
  • These requests are collated together.
  • Product Managers continually review the most popular feature requests.
  • We schedule features based on a variety of factors which include number of requests, resources required, current industry and taxation changes, long term vision of the product and current bug fixes.
